Originally from Italy, Henrique Aguzzoli began his career as a chef in the Paris region, working for prestigious establishments such as the Royal Monceau in Paris, and Château de Montvillargenne in Chantilly.
He was also sous-chef at La Réserve in Geneva before seizing the opportunity to take over Les Jardins du Léman in Yvoire (Haute-Savoie), which he has owned together with his wife Valérie since 2000.

Yann Beck arrived at Jardins du Léman in 2014 as an apprentice, and completed his culinary training, specialising in ‘plated desserts’ under the watchful eye of Henrique Aguzzoli. His talents recently earned him 3rd place in the national final of the Master Restaurateurs Young Talents contest.
